My approach is intentional, detail-driven, and rooted in creating results that feel effortless, timeless, and uniquely you. Ethereal Brow Studio was created for clients who value subtle luxury, precision, and a calm, welcoming experience. Every service is fully customized to your facial structure, lifestyle, and beauty goals, because no two faces (or brows) are the same. Whether you’re here for a brow transformation or a simple refresh, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, and glowing. Without the need for heavy makeup. ✨ Soft. Refined. Effortless beauty ⚠️ IMPORTANT SKINCARE & ACTIVE USE POLICY Your skin health and results are my top priority. For the safety of your skin and the quality of your service, clients must discontinue the use of active skincare ingredients prior to brow and lash treatments. Please discontinue the following: • Tretinoin / Retin-A – at least 7–14 days prior • Accutane (Isotretinoin) – must be discontinued for 6–12 months with medical clearance • Prescription retinoids or acne treatments • Strong exfoliants, acids, or chemical peels (AHA, BHA, PHA) – at least 7 days prior These products thin and sensitize the skin, which can increase the risk of irritation, lifting, or skin damage during waxing, lamination, and tint services. If you are currently using any of these products: Please notify me before booking so we can determine the safest service option for you or reschedule if needed. Failure to disclose active use may result in your appointment being modified or declined for safety reasons.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, the following policy is strictly enforced. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⸻ No-Shows • Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience. • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at my discretion. • Late cancellations due to tardiness are subject to the full service charge. ⸻ Deposits • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. • Deposits will be applied toward your service total and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not met. ⸻ Emergencies I understand that life happens. True emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible. ⸻ RESULTS & SATISFACTION POLICY At Ethereal Brow Studio, my goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their results. Due to the nature of beauty services, results may vary based on individual hair type, skin type, and aftercare. Service Adjustments • If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. • I am happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 3–5 days of your original service to refine or improve the results. • Adjustments are only available for concerns related to the original service and must be scheduled within the appropriate timeframe. No Refund Policy • All services are non-refundable once completed. • Time, products, and professional expertise are invested into every service. • Results can vary from client to client, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Important Notes • Certain hair types (such as very straight, coarse, or resistant lashes/brows) may require multiple sessions or may not achieve dramatic results. • Proper aftercare is essential—failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and void eligibility for adjustments. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that results may vary.
